Short Biography

Andrew Fletcher was educated in Birmingham and at Keble College, Oxford, where he was Organ Scholar. He is an FRCO prize-winner and holds the College's choir-training diploma. He is a regular recitalist here and in the USA, and is in frequent demand as a service accompanist. He has been involved in church music since the age of seven and has held posts in Warwick, Swindon, Birmingham, and Stourbridge. He directs the Solihull Choral Society, teaches piano, organ and theory, presents lectures, master-classes and choral workshops, and composes church and organ music, much of which is published by Peters Edition and Kevin Mayhew. He is also Organist to the University of Birmingham and Organ Adviser to the Diocese of Worcester.
